Two-question surveys can automatically be emailed or texted to customers after they make a purchase and donors after a donation pickup or drop-off.

Note: in order for ThriftCart to auto-send a customer survey, a customer profile needs added to a transaction on the register view before completing the transaction. ThriftCart will NOT auto-send a survey if a customer profile is added on the receipt screen.
